The Kellogg Southern Africa Leadership (KSAL) Programs provide leadership experiences and resources to emerging leaders from Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe.

Funded by the W.K.Kellogg Foundation Africa Program and administered by the Academy for Educational Development (AED), Center for Leadership Development (CLD), the KSAL Programs promote leadership for change that is:

  • value-based,
  • ethical,
  • democratic, and
  • committed to people and people-centered development.
